REPUTRA is a portable professional reputation platform. It helps individuals collect, preserve, and share customer experiences they personally created. Their Interactive Professional Identity keeps those experiences organized by career chapter.
How does someone earn a star?
A customer opens a professional's personal QR code or shareable review link, chooses a rating and describes a real experience. REPUTRA records that experience on the professional's identity, where its star can be explored.
Are REPUTRA experiences also Google reviews?
No. REPUTRA and Google are separate. After recording their experience in REPUTRA, the customer may copy their words and independently submit a review on the employer's Google page. REPUTRA does not automatically post to Google or verify Google publication.
What happens to my professional reputation when I change employers?
Your REPUTRA history stays connected to you. Experiences remain organized under the employers where they occurred, and you can begin a new career chapter at your next workplace without starting over.
Can people discover my professional reputation through Google and AI search?
REPUTRA is building search-readable professional profiles so people can discover more than a job title: they can explore your career history and customer experiences. Search discovery is rolling out under our updated Privacy Policy, and professionals can turn it off anytime in Settings. Google and AI services independently decide what to index, show, or recommend.
